You as a Teamlead Process Engineering

You’ll be the Teamlead Process Engineering of a team of 5 process engineers at a global supplier of ingredients and solutions for food industries, operating from over 30 locations worldwide. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise to ensure the operation produces high-quality products efficiently. You’ll lead the team, the design, development, and optimization of production processes, as well as supervise the introduction of new processes equipment for new products.
Your role will involve designing and developing new processes, leading the implementation of new processes and products, conducting feasibility studies for potential products or production methods, and analyzing and reporting on (test and trial) results. Guiding your team of 5 Process Engineers and working closely with your colleagues in Engineering.
