You as a Field Service Engineer
You’ll play a critical role in their operations by installing and maintaining their complex chemical research technology. As each machine is custom-made to meet the customer’s specific requirements, you’ll work closely with Project Leaders to deliver new machines while collaborating with the Customer Service Leader to maintain existing machines and conduct retrofits.
In addition to these responsibilities, you’ll provide customers with training on using the technology. With machines located around the world, you’ll spend approximately 40-50% of your working time on global travel for on-site installations, contributing significantly to their mission for a sustainable future.
